Dr. Lassiter received her Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at George Mason University. Before moving to Mankato, Andi worked for the Army Research Institute, the United States Air Force, and Broward County School District.

Andi's consulting interests include leadership development, team leadership, competency modeling, performance appraisal, employee selection, and training.
